Kind of course: Visits to the Arab Palace 'La Aljafería', 'Basílica of El Pilar with its Goya's paintings, Cathedral of La Seo... and much more. Adventure weekend in the Pyrenees (hiking, canyoning, etc...). As the weather will be hard to stand we will go to the swimming-pool a couple of times or more. Lots of parties, games and going out till dawn as much as your body can resist. Also national cooking day... and national drinking day!, of course with sangría. ![]() Teaching program: We will divide the participants in two groups, beginners and those who speak a little of Spanish yet. The programme for the beginners is to learn the basic sentences in Spanish, and a litle bit of our culture. For people speak Spanish yet the program consists in getting a better pronunciation, some of non academic Spanish and Spanish culture too. For both groups there will be some hours of aragonese language, culture and folk. |
![]() Placed in the north east of Spain, not far from the Pyrenees, Zaragoza is the Capital City of Aragòn. 650,000 people and more than 2,000 years of history. First the Celtiberians, then the Romans, Arabs, and again the Christians gave the four different names to the city, Salduba, Caesaraugusta, Saraqusta and finally Zaragoza. After the Reconquest in 1118 d.C. by the Aragonese Kings, Zaragoza became the Capital of Aragòn. Now Zaragoza is famous for the charming character of the people who live there, the wellcoming atmosphere, and the firm opposition to any truly unfair transfer of water of our rivers to richer regions |
